የአገልግሎት ውሎችና መመሪያዎች
የሚፀናበት ቀን፦ መስከረም 1 ቀን 2017
እንኳን ወደ nikahethiopia.com በደህና መጡ። ይህ ድረገጽ በኢትዮጵያ የሚሰራ ለሙስሊም ተጠቃሚዎች የትዳር ዓላማ ያለው የመተዋወቂያ መድረክ ነው። መለያ በመፍጠር ወይም ድረገጹን በመጠቀም እነዚህን ውሎች እንደተቀበሉ ይቆጠራል። መድረኩ ለክብር፣ ለሃይማኖታዊ እሴት እና ለትዳር ተኮር መተዋወቅ የተዘጋጀ ነው። እኛ የጋብቻ መዝጋቢ፣ የሃይማኖት ባለሥልጣን፣ የሕግ አማካሪ ወይም ጋብቻን የምንያረጋግጥ አካል አይደለንም።
ድረገጹን ለመጠቀም ቢያንስ 18 ዓመት መሆን አለብዎት። ትክክለኛ መረጃ መስጠት፣ መለያዎን መጠበቅ እና ሌሎችን በክብር መጠቀም ይጠበቅብዎታል። የሌላ ሰው ማንነት መጠቀም፣ የሐሰት መለያ መፍጠር፣ ማስፈራራት፣ ማዋከብ፣ አስነዋሪ ይዘት መላክ፣ ማጭበርበር፣ የጥላቻ ንግግር፣ የሐሰት መረጃ፣ የሃይማኖት ወይም የብሔር ስድብ፣ ሕገወጥ እንቅስቃሴ ወይም የሌላ ሰው የግል መረጃ ያለፈቃድ መጋራት የተከለከለ ነው። ይህን ውል የሚጥሱ መለያዎችን ማገድ ወይም መሰረዝ እንችላለን።
እኛ ስም፣ ዕድሜ፣ ፆታ፣ አካባቢ፣ የሃይማኖት ምርጫዎች፣ ፎቶዎች፣ የመገናኛ መረጃ፣ መልዕክቶች፣ የክፍያ መረጃ፣ የመሳሪያ መረጃ እና የደህንነት ሪፖርቶችን ልንሰበስብ እና ልንጠቀም እንችላለን። ይህ መረጃ መለያ ለመፍጠር፣ ተዛማጅ ተጠቃሚዎችን ለመጠቆም፣ ደህንነትን ለመጠበቅ፣ ክፍያ ለማካሄድ፣ ማጭበርበርን ለመከላከል እና ሕጋዊ ግዴታዎችን ለመፈጸም ይጠቅማል። የግል መረጃዎን አንሸጥም። ተጠቃሚዎች መረጃቸውን ለማየት፣ ለማስተካከል፣ ለማስወገድ ወይም ፈቃዳቸውን ለመሰረዝ መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፣ ነገር ግን ሕጋዊ ወይም የደህንነት ምክንያቶች ሊገድቡት ይችላሉ።
ከሌሎች ተጠቃሚዎች ጋር የሚያደርጉት ግንኙነት በራስዎ ኃላፊነት ነው። በአደባባይ እና ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ ቦታ መገናኘት፣ ቤተሰብ ወይም የታመነ ሰው ማሳወቅ፣ እንዲሁም ዋሊ/ቻፐሮን መካተት የሚመከር ነው። የተጠቃሚዎችን ንግግር ወይም ባህሪ ሁሉ አናረጋግጥም። ክፍያ ያለው አገልግሎት ካለ ከመግዛትዎ በፊት ይገለጻል። የድረገጹ ስም፣ አርማ፣ ንድፍ፣ ጽሑፍ እና ሶፍትዌር የእኛ ወይም የፈቃድ ሰጪዎቻችን ንብረት ነው። እነዚህ ውሎች በኢትዮጵያ ሕግ ይተዳደራሉ። ጥያቄ ወይም ክርክር ካለ በመጀመሪያ admin@nikahethiopia.com ያነጋግሩን፤ ካልተፈታ በብቁ የኢትዮጵያ ፍርድ ቤቶች ሊቀርብ ይችላል።

By creating an account or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is intended for respectful, marriage-minded Muslim introductions. We are not a marriage registrar, religious authority, legal adviser, or guarantee of marriage. Users are responsible for ensuring that any relationship, engagement, or marriage complies with Ethiopian law, including applicable family, civil, religious, and customary requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform respectfully. You may not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, harass users, request or share obscene content, promote prostitution, fraud, hate speech, ethnic or religious abuse, violence, disinformation, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or appear fraudulent.
We collect and process personal information such as name, age, gender, location, religious preferences, photos, contact details, profile answers, messages, payment records, device data, and safety reports. Disputes should first be raised with us at admin@nikahethiopia.com; unresolved disputes may be brought before competent Ethiopian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
